25 T25-1.jpg1914 POSTCARD by T.C. Co, Chicago, FLORIDA PINEAPPLE:  For the collector, these are called RPPCs (Real Photo Post Cards), but this one has a twist of having a GIANT pineapple superimposed over the original photo.  Entitled "A Good Wagon Load, Florida Pineapple" with the added delciousness of having a horse-drawn wagon with workers and what looks like a policeman.  These unusual postcards sell from $20-50 on Worthpoint which is an auction price website.

THIS POSTCARD APPEARS TO BE FROM SOMEONE NAMED LARKIN, WILLIAM LARKIN FOUNDED THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI in the very late 1800s.  AT that time, there was also a town of LARKIN.

CT Co.:  The Curt Teich Company was founded in Chicago, Illinois, by Curt Teich (1877–1974) in 1898. The company printed postcards, view postcards, and advertising cards, and became the world's largest printer of postcards. Teich was born in Greiz, Thuringia (Germany), and had been a lithographer in Lobenstein, Germany, before emigrating to Chicago in 1895. He founded his own firm in 1898, printing newspapers and magazines, and became an early publisher of postcards but did not begin printing them in number himself until 1908.
