TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Real Estate sells "AS IS". Any and all inspections must be done prior to the close of the auction. There will be no contingencies on inspections or financing.
The Seller agrees to pay for owner's title insurance, preparation of deed and conveyance fee. The buyer will be responsible for real estate taxes not due at the time of the auction.
The successful bidder will deposit $5,000.00, payable by cash or check, and close within (30) days of the auction.
There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM charged to the Buyer and collected at closing!
All ONLINE bidders are agreeing to come to the offices of Landmark Realty located at 225 Sullivan Street Punta Gorda, FL 33950
not later that 5:00 PM. on November 1st, 2013 OR execute the Auction Purchase Agreement and overnight along with the earnest money deposit...to execute all applicable real estate documents and to deliver the required earnest money deposit. We will contact you to set an appointment.
Increasing your own bid/Bidding Errors: Please be aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item out of reach of other bidders. To increase your bid, complete the maximum bid field only. You should immediately review your bids once submitted. If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your bidder number in the bid field, or make a typo you must immediately contact our office by email by using the contact sheet on our website (we must have your request in writing). We will not reverse bids after the auction has closed - no exceptions.
Dynamic Closing. The closing time of the real estate is automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the real estate's closing time.
